IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7 major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance!
Reporting into Transcend IM Logistics organization, the Distribution Process, Integration & Data Manager will act as a team member for rolling out strategy, driving alignment, shaping innovation, and maintaining process blueprint for Janssen Deliver – Distribution process and strategy in support of the Janssen Transcend program. The Distribution Process, Integration & Data Manager will be part of the Janssen Global Deliver TranSCend GPO Core team to ensure operational integration between business operations and TranSCend program needs. The Distribution Process, Integration & Data Manager will be an expert within IM Distribution process and strive to enable, standardize, and innovate core business process definitions to meet critical business needs. This will be enabled by partnering across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business requirements, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and consistent process documentation, through a standardized blueprinting process.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Transcend IM Distribution process, drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and addition, ensuring alignment with TranSCend future state designed blueprint. Act as a Change Champion within Distribution community, stakeholders and forums to drive standardization and process harmonization.
- Design, build, validate and deploy Distribution processes around the Globe ensuring integrity with the global template. Have Global and Business focused mindset with sound reasoning in all activities including managing escalation of issues and business risks, developing solutions and risk mitigation strategies. and ensure that clear acceptance criteria are defined to support E2E process. Closely collaborate with business teams to map the upstream and downstream Distribution process steps in an integrated way.
- Lead and manage the execution of day-to-day operational Business Simulation and User Acceptance testing activities. Develop and implement a standard approach utilizing standard testing tools. Support quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
- Partner with Janssen Distribution, Transportation & Trade Compliance Global Process Owner and sub-function teams to determine priorities, establish overall upstream and downstream Distribution process to meet Janssen Business needs.
- Provide insights and support for all training and compliance documentation and set process for ongoing updates. Maintain in-depth business process knowledge and expertise and ensures knowledge center documentation.
- Lead a team of 1 to 5 people. Own people and performance management process for reporting team.
- Identify key emerging digital technologies and opportunities. Shape innovation, with an outside in approach via white papers, webinars and/or other channels. Articulate the applicability inhouse and provide advice to Leadership on critical topics and/or processes.
Education
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree in engineering, supply chain or related areas is preferred
- Certification(s) in PMI / FPX, Green and/or Black Belt is a plus
Required
- At least six (6) years overall business experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Warehouse, Distribution, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Project management experience
- End to End / Global knowledge
- System Implementation experience
- Experience in supply chain Distribution Processes, Technology and Strategy of large regional and/or global programs
- Experience in writing Business User Stories (BUS’s), Technical process Flow Mapping, Scenario Planning
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/WMS
- JIRA proficiency
- This position will require up to 25% of travel time
