Title: Landscape Technician and Landscape Foreman
Reports to: Director of Operations and Owner
Start Date: April 21st , 2025
Position Summary:
The Landscape Technician/Foreman must have a positive, hard working attitude and be aware of safety requirements. They will work effectively as a team member (landscape crews of 3-4 members), dress appropriately, and follow instructions given by the Director of Operations. This position is full time, seasonal. Tasks include, but are not limited to: mulching, rock work, trimming, planting, watering, digging, sod laying, raking, patio and wall installations, operating power equipment and customer service. Working conditions vary daily and by the job. Experience preferred but not required. Must be able to life 75 lbs.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Prepare trucks/trailers for the day's work
- Work as a team and follow instructions given by foreman or owner
- Operate equipment and tools properly and safely
- Communicate and demonstrate professionalism with customers and other team members
- Dependability
- Stamina and ability to lift heavy items throughout day (75 lbs. or more)
- High School diploma or equivalent
Wages & Benefits:
- Starting wage for a Landscape Technician is $18.00 /hour, depending on experience plus yearly bonus. Starting wage for a Landscape Foreman, $21.00 /hour, depending on experience.
- Position may be entitled to an hourly raise, after 60 days and based on performance.
