What You Will Be Doing

As a Family Law Attorney at JLG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier legal counsel and courtroom advocacy, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Litigation & Case Strategy

✔ Representing clients in family law litigation, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

✔ Developing and executing case strategies in high-stakes legal matters

✔ Overseeing legal research, discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation

✔ Preparing superior work product for filings, hearings, and conferences

Client & Team Engagement

✔ Communicating with clients within 24 business hours, ensuring trust and transparency

✔ Conducting consultations with potential clients and conveying the value of our firm’s representation

✔ Building strong client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance

✔ Effectively communicating case progress, providing timely updates and legal insights

Firm Collaboration & Leadership

✔ Supervising and mentoring paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality case management

✔ Participating in case meetings and firm-wide strategy sessions to enhance client advocacy

✔ Embodying JLG’s core values: Communication, Compassion, Diligence, Honesty, Self-Directed and Teamwork
