What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full or Part-time Office Assistant position at Johnson Litho Graphics?
Johnson Litho Graphics is a Commercial Printing Company that is currently looking for an individual to assist in office duties:
1) Answering Phone
2) Greeting Customer
3) Data Entry
4) Filing
5) Typing/Keyboard/10 Key familiarity and proficiency
6) Microsoft Excel/Word/ other office software.....Peachtree/Sage similar accounting software knowledge will be helpful
Hours will usually fall between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. for a full time person. For a part time person hours that would need to be covered are 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. approximately for the days of Monday/Wednesday/Friday. A specific schedule to be determined between applicant and the Office Manager.
Starting Salary: $15.50-$19.00 per hour depending upon qualifications

- Able to multi-task and stay focused
- Able to follow detailed specifications
- Able to organize and accurately expedite multiple tasks
- Able to follow written directions
- Able to work independently on daily tasks
- Able to perform simple mental math calculations
- Able to reply to emails and/or answer phone calls
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to type accurately
