What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production/Sales Support position at Johnson Litho Graphics?
Johnson Litho Graphics is looking for a highly motivated individual for production/sales support.
This is a combination of customer service (supplying pricing and taking orders) and coordinating the production process for customer's print jobs by starting Job Tickets. Then communicating any problems or changes to plant personnel, Sales Reps or customers. keeping accurate records on all jobs and customer contacts so both company and customer are protected should questions arise later. Individual should have excellent math skills, be very organized and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy while multitasking. Print knowledge would be beneficial but not required.
