Responsibilities
- Construct walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, blocks, or stones.
- Lay out patterns and designs according to blueprints or schematics.
- Mix mortar and other materials as needed for construction tasks.
- Perform tile laying and concrete forming for various projects.
- Execute frame carpentry and trim carpentry tasks as required.
- Apply stucco finishes to surfaces for aesthetic appeal and protection.
- Conduct hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for precision work.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to masonry work.
