Required Qualifications:

• 1 year(s) of sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Converting prospective patients into high treatment acceptance rates
• Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to potential patients
• Building strong rapport with patients and their families
• Ensuring detailed and clear charting of doctor’s notes
• Collaborating with doctors to explain treatment plans effectively
• Assisting patients in understanding treatment options and procedures
• Communicating effectively with dental offices regarding orthodontic treatment plans
• Presenting payment options and scheduling appointments
• Handling reports, text messages, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally
