I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy personal assistant to aid me in running my real estate business. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative and property management tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with tenants regarding leases, maintenance requests, and payments
-Coordinating repairs with vendors and tenants
-Keeping accurate records of all business transactions
-Maintaining friendly yet professional landlord-tenant relationships
-Assisting with rental listings, tenant screenings, and lease signings
-Checking tenants in and out when leases turn over
Requirements:
-High school education or higher
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-General computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks, and Dropbox
-Ability to handle tasks independently and problem-solve
Schedule:
-Weekdays 1-5 PM
-IN-PERSON ONLY at our office in Orem
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
