Provides direct clinical services through neuropsychological evaluation, rehabilitation, and other psychological procedures as appropriate; provides consultation to medical and therapy staff; oversees clinical patient care and provides direction to multidisciplinary team as appropriate; participates in research and continuing education; maintains professional communications and relationships; performs other clinical responsibilities within area of competence as required; performs administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology or related field; NJ License or eligibility required; if license eligible, must be licensed within 18 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in relevant area of practice, which may be satisfied through residency training
- Proficiency in neuropsychological assessment required; other clinical skills may be required for certain positions
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Completion of APPCN Residency
- Research experience
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Psychologist License
