As a member of an interdisciplinary team, this position is responsible for occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, documentation and patient/family education. Performs other professional duties and participates in department/facility initiatives based on needs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Graduate of an AOTA Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent.
2. Eligible for school certification
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
1. Experience preferred, entry level acceptable, brain injury experience a plus.
2. Computer skills and knowledge of applications such as word, excel power point.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
1. Occupational Therapist License.
