What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Johnson's Pools and Spas?
Job responsibilities would include: Scheduling Service Technicians appointments, excellent customer service, data entry, filing and answering phones.
This new position is approximately 4-8 hours daily, depending on our busy season, with opportunity for flexibility. Weekend availability required. Up to 35 hours per week
Ours is a smoke free facility.
You must be comfortable setting goals and meeting those on a weekly basis as required. Successful candidate must have; strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a pleasant phone voice, and be able to work well with others.
