This position is located in Kewaskum, Wisconsin.
As a Terminal Manager, the qualified candidate will manage the overall operation of the bus terminal. The position coordinates and manages all functions of the facility including the maintenance, dispatching, communicating with drivers, school district personnel and parents for daily routes, trips and extracurricular activities of students for our clients.

Specific Duties:
· Driver recruitment
· Dispatching
· Routing of students
· Work with school district staff on the discipline of students
· Filing of paperwork for students and employees
· Assist with bookkeeping in office programs on daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Ensure all staff are equipped with all necessary job related training and licensing
· Assist with planning of monthly safety meetings and training
· Drive open routes as needed
Qualifications:
· State required Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements (will train qualified candidate)
· Be able to pass pre-employment drug test and physical
· Be able to pass criminal background check
· Clean driving record
· Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to thrive in fast paced, constantly changing environment to consistently meet tight timelines
· Proficiency in all Microsoft programs and office equipment with ability to learn new programs quickly for routing students
· Ability to evaluate and discipline drivers and enforce company policy and procedure
· Must be highly motivated and demonstrate capable leadership skills
Working Conditions:
This position normally works in an office environment with some driving. The position may require 40 plus hours of work during the school year and 40 hours when school is not in session and must be available on nights and weekends as needed. This is a year round position.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
