Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy information, and claims processing
- Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation efficiently
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
