POSITION DESCRIPTION
Johnson Technology Systems Inc (JTSI) is seeking a senior SAP Account
Executive/Client Partner to join its growing sales force. He/she will be
responsible for the sale of the complete range of consulting services related
to SAP solutions. Focus will include installed base clients as well as new
client development.
Duties include:
- Closing business to exceed
monthly, quarterly; and annual revenue objectives. - Creating, enhancing, and
managing business relationships to foster business opportunities; - Creating and Managing 3X
pipeline - Proactively and creatively
understanding client needs and identifying solutions to requirements;
actively creating business opportunities in conjunction with partners. - Strong usage of forecasting
tools to within 95% accuracy on an on-going basis; and - Working with SAP sales and
support organizations including Professional Services to ensure full and
timely revenue recognition. - High motivation and activity
level - Understanding of SAP products
and value proposition - Participating in Quarterly
Business Reviews
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Serving as primary client
liaison - Managing and growing installed
base and new client relationships. - Creating, enhancing, and
managing business relationships to leverage additional opportunities. - Identifying business
opportunities and mapping appropriate SAP solutions to client
requirements; and - Driving opportunities in
conjunction with partners and support team to meet and exceed monthly,
quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of demonstrated
history as an individual contributor selling enterprise software solutions
to senior level decision makers. - Track record of quota achievement
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS
AND COMPETENCIES
- U.S. Citizenship required;
- Minimum active SECRET clearance
highly desired or ability to get Secret Clearance - Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or other relevant area of study preferred. - Strong usage of metrics and
ability to accurately forecast on an on-going basis. - Demonstrated excellent
communication and presentation skills; and - Exude confidence and leadership
in the execution of the job function; solutions to senior level decision
makers.
