Johnson & Towers, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Fleet Foreman at our location in Baltimore, Maryland. This individual will have experience as shop foreman. Being part of the Indel Power Group represents being a distributor/dealer for major brands such as Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Autocar, Crane Carrier, Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, Cummins, Caterpillar, mtu, and Volvo Penta to name a few. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the growth and advancement of technicians, while maintaining and improving shop morale
- Strive for each repair to be completed on time and within estimated price
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness
