Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet and direct visitors
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, reports and marketing materials
- Keep an organized filing system, both electronic and physical
- Conduct internet research
- Order office equipment and supplies
- Prepare and edit correspondence, emails and postal mail campaigns
- Manage client accounts
- Run errands
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years minimum experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Social Media Marketing
