Material Handler II with Backup Shipping Clerk
Pay Range : $26.00 / hr - $27.20 / hr $.60 / hr upon backup result block completion $2.00 weekend premium
Hours : 4 : 00am - 4 : 30pm; Friday-Sunday (Overtime as production demands)
Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong set of world class warehousing and machine operator skills
- Use your skills and talents to help the shipping department strive for and meet customers' needs and expectations
- Be proactive and participate in daily meetings and project teams
- Share and discuss ideas and solutions with your teammates and coach
- Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire "superlative" performance in order to support The Johnsonville Way
- Work with your coach to grow not only yourself but your team
- Commit to unending personal and professional growth
- Ability to train on both 1st and 2nd shift until 4 / 6 / 4025.
Training will be during the weekdays (Monday-Friday)
