JOB REQUIREMENTS : Material Handler II backup Intec Operator 3rd Shift - 51756 DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES : Johnsonville, LLC Material Handler II backup Intec VRT Freezer Operator 3rd Shift Pay Range : \$26.00 / hr - \$27.20 / hr \$.60 / hr upon backup result block completion \$2.00 shift premium Hours : 9 : 00pm - 5 : 30am, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities :

• Commit to unending personal and professional growth Material Handler Essential Functions / Duties :
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, both counterbalanced and reach trucks
• Safely operate pallet inverters and pallet wrappers
• Safely operate scissor lifts
• Distinguish non-acceptable and acceptable quality products
• Use SAP and handheld RF scanners to accurately transfer materials
• Pick and assemble outbound customer orders
• Receive inbound finished goods and supplies
• Identify proper storage and shipment temperatures for different products and supplies
• Move product and other materials into and out of pallet racking
• Build, prepare, and wrap pallets for shipment or storage
• Load and unload semi-trucks and trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace Intec Operator Essential Functions / Duties :
• Distinguish non-acceptable and acceptable quality products
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of all VRT freezer components including conveyor and roller systems, product elevators and pushers, RF scanners, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on VRT freezer components
• Work with and assist maintenance Members with major mechanical issues
• Read and understand daily production and deployment schedules
• Use SAP and Intec software to monitor incoming and outgoing product inventory
• Work with material handlers, other machine operators, and production Members to ensure smooth and continuous operation and inventory accuracy
• Assist with basic material handler duties during downtime

• OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Experience :
• Experience working in a shipping / warehouse environment required
• Experience op rating forklifts required
• Machine operator experience required
• Experience with working at height preferred
• Experience with fall protection equipment and practices preferred Skills and Competencies :
• Ability to take ownership of own and other Members\' safety
• Must be willing to work in temperatures as low as -40F
• Must be willing to climb vertical ladders and work at heights up to 75 feet above the ground
• Must be able to properly and safely use a harness and other fall protection equipment
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills are required
