What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales Support / Delivery position at Johnston Autostores?
We are seeking a counter sales and delivery person. Experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person. Candidate must be self-motivated and responsible while demonstrating a positive, professional and helpful attitude at all times. Responsibilities include:
- provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- deliver parts to in town and out of town customers
- assist customers either in person, via the telephone or through online ordering
- handle cash, credit cards, and other purchasing transactions
- operate the store point of sale system to search for parts and customer accounts
- invoice and pull customer's orders
- help with store inventory and cycle counts
Must have valid driver's license & maintain an acceptable driving record.
