Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and leverage technology to enhance sales performance.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities, analyzing data, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, outside sales, and technology sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce for managing sales processes and analyzing data.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
