Seasoned individual with experience managing middle market accounts for real estate, hospitality and contractor accounts.
The job responsibilities include servicing clients, reporting claims, marketing renewals and working with producers.
Daily tasks involve answering clients’ requests for changes and communicating the changes to the insurance company. Checking policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy and sending policy documents to the insured. Attaching emails into the agency management system. Manage agency and direct bill billing questions. Issue proposals and Auto ID cards. Taking claim information from the client and sending it to the insurance company. Submitting applications to insurance carriers for renewal marketing in line with agency procedures. Working with producers on client questions and renewal collaboration.
The position requires an individual with strong marketing, communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in Applied EPIC. An understanding of policy billing and the ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets.
The office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We allow occasional remote work with prior approval. In office attire is business casual.
