Music Sales Pittsburgh area School Music Dealer has an immediate full-time SALES SPECIALIST & LESSON COORDINATOR position for an individual with wind or orchestral string instrument background.

Job responsibilities include:
SALES
Proactively working to meet monthly sales goals and providing exceptional customer service in support of sales, rentals and repairs.
Maintaining store stock and appearance.
Working to uphold a strong sense of community and make our customers feel welcome
LESSON COORDINATOR
Proactively work to promote lesson studio and achieve monthly lesson revenue goals.
Maintain Complete Staff of Instructors
Coordinate instructor payment and registration records, and website listing including updating biographies
Coordinate lesson referrals and schedules with instructors. Facilitate communication between students and private lesson instructors
Schedule in store recitals
Requirements and Compensation
Job Type: Full TIME
Candidates must be available to work Monday – Thursday 12 PM – 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 3 PM, and must have a car.
Background in instrumental music required
Pay: hourly base plus shift differential and commissions.
