The Inside Sales Representative’s priority functional areas include establishing customer relationships, filling orders, sizing and selling equipment and limited telephone marketing. This position requires knowledge of our products, as well as excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills. The Inside Sales Representative will join our mission to “Make the tech in the truck more efficient” and embrace our vision to “Enhance lives through solutions.”

Essential Functions :
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Determines customer replacement HVAC / R parts, according to inspection and / or verbal description
- Research and sources products for customers using computer, catalog, telephone, or any other resources to meet or exceed customer needs
- Enters sales order into computer system
- Balances cash drawers, creates credit invoices, processes pick / pack orders and will-call
- Processes customer returns and warranties
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
