RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Business Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
Prospecting and Outreach
- Identify and contact potential clients via email, phone calls, social media, and networking events
- Assessing whether a lead is a good fit for the company’s products and services
- Setting up appointments pr product demonstrations for the sales team
- Analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs to target the right audience
- Logging interactions and maintaining up-to-date information on leads
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion
- Provide regular updates on lead generation metrics and outreach efforts

Required
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-driven
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools
- Strong background/understanding of the branch operations and logistics.
- Basic understanding of the company’s industry and target markets
