RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s to assess operational efficiency
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback or training as needed
- Streamline workflows to reduce costs and improve productivity
- Oversee procurement, supply chain, and inventory management
- Ensure the quality of products or services meets company standards
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Analyze financial data to forecast operational needs
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operation management or related field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-driven
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools
- Strong background/understanding of the branch operations and logistics.
- Basic understanding of the company’s industry and target markets
- HVAC industry knowledge
