Johnstone Supply is looking for a driven individual to join our Outside Sales Team. An opportunity for limitless earning potential, exciting challenges, and the chance to make an impact in the HVAC industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to :
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new leads
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to evaluate clients' HVAC needs
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HVAC products and services
- Deliver equipment and product to clients
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with the clients to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal departments, to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and identify business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization
- Works with customers to plan and forecast sales
- Develops a trusted business advisor relationship with customers
