WORK SCHEDULE -
Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Essential Duties And Responsibilities -
Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner. Receive in daily rush orders and weekly orders. Check stage on orders. Put away stock in warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pick up. Maintain bin locations. Process ship-outs that need to go from Bend branch. Process all Bend warranty and returns and verify that paperwork has been neatly and properly filled out. Prepare warranty and returns for ship out to Tigard branch and/or vendor direct. Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed. Clean and straighten warehouse daily. Work well as a team player. Follow all Company Policies/Store Standards.
Other Duties And Responsibilities –
Assist with counter/phone sales and calling customers to inform them of any backorders that are ready for pick up on an as-needed basis. Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week. Fill freight claims when necessary. Assist with stocking showroom. Attend ongoing training classes. Work on special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2–3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience includes shipping/receiving, material handling, and customer service.
- HVAC/R experience and sales knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Proficient typing skills (30–50 WPM) and familiarity with 10-key calculators.
- Competent in operating computers and warehouse technology (e.g., RF scanners).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Skilled in driving large delivery vehicles, such as box trucks.
- Experience operating vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or more.
- Proficient in operating box trucks 16’ or longer.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) with potential for overtime as needed.
- Flexibility to start as early as 6:00 AM to meet customer demands.
- Willingness to perform warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, stocking products, and operating powered lift equipment (e.g., forklifts).
