Driver/Warehouse Team Member
Johnstone Supply – The Heartland Group is currently hiring a Driver/Warehouse Team Member for our Racine, WI branch. This individual will ensure the efficient operation of the store by accurately and safely receiving, processing, and storing incoming products. Prepare, pack, and scan products for pick-up and delivery and deliver orders efficiently, safely, and on time.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to maintain a current DOT Medical Card
- Preferred:
- 6 months experience in warehouse operations in a wholesale environment
- Experience driving a forklift
- Experience with computer or barcode driven inventory management systems
Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge and skill in the use of inventory management systems and office software. (e.g. Email programs, Internet browsers)
- Basic math skills sufficient to manage inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for organizing and identifying products and communicating with coworkers.
- Skill in operation of heavy equipment, including delivery vehicles, forklift, pallet jack, and order picker.
- Strict attention to detail.
