We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Territory Manager to expand sales within Lubbock and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in growing sales and building and maintaining relationships. The Territory Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed sales goals.
- Identify, target and engage potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Develop a trusted business advisor relationship with customers.
Present insight and solutions by taking a consultative approach to sales, while maintaining profitability metrics.
- Analyze customer sales, margins, share of wallet, buying behaviors to maximize sales and gross profit margins.
- Serve as a representative at industry events, open houses, and company sponsored events.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Technical know-how - familiarity with HVAC/R products is a plus.
Consultative selling and relationship building skills.
Tech proficiency - familiarity with Office365 and CRM applications.
