Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for:
- Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency in company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer applications.
- Listening and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs.
- Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems.
- Communicating information effectively to other team members.
- Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the timeframe requested by the customer.
- Working with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Prior Management Experience - Preferred
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking to make informed decisions
- Effective time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to set clear goals and objectives for teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire teammates to achieve high performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
The selected candidate must have a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug test (includes THC) and pass a background check.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
