Key Responsibilities:
- Providing regulatory leadership and ensuring product compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including JPMA/Section 104 testing & documentation support, Law Tag support, Certificate of Compliance support, CPSC contact/reporting (15b, etc.).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, trade associations, and industry partners to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in compliance-related areas.
