supporting others? Joieful Connections, LLC is looking for a Part-Time Bilingual Lead
Direct Support Professional to join our team! This hybrid position offers the flexibility to
work from home and in the field, supporting families in designated territories.
Position Details:
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with potential for more.
Pay: Starting at $30/hour.

What You’ll Do:
Mentor, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in your assigned
territory.
Schedule and conduct in-person shadowing, coaching, and training.
Develop and implement DSP training programs.
Collaborate with families and individuals to create and review service plans.
Document visits, coaching sessions, and training activities.
Provide relief support when necessary and attend relevant meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of Direct Support Professional experience.
Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment in emergencies.
Proficient in using multiple technology platforms. Excel, Word, Therap, Wellsky
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Work Environment: This hybrid role allows for both remote work from your home office
and commuting to various locations within your assigned geographical area.
