Joieful Connections is looking to hire a Full-Time LPN who is passionate about making a difference in the life of a medically fragile child. This unique opportunity is working Monday-Friday, in-home with a medically fragile child. As the LPN in this home, you'll have the choice of schedule, allowing you to create a work-life balance for yourself. Opportunities to earn time and a half with OT are available along with holiday pay should you decide to work a holiday. Qualifications:
Must have an active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon
BLS CPR certification - pediatric preferred
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to the position specialty
Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Promote individuals' independence by understanding and the execution of the individualized service plan goals
Resolve individuals' problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in the English language
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check
