Who We're Looking For : Motivated Production Operator / Dryer Tech - 1st Shift
Requirements : Qualifications
- Must be able and willing to work 4 AM-1 PM and overtime, as required.
- 2-4 years' experience as a Machine Operator or Machine Technician.
- Prior experience in PLC operations and control of complex computer-based systems.
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot issues, as required.
- Computer Savvy. Familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Good judgement with strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle changing priorities with flexibility.
- Interested in a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.
