You will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by performing company audits to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory agencies, and customer requirements.

What You'll Do:
As a Compliance Auditor at Parachute, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission by performing company audits to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory agencies, and customer requirements.
- Gain a deep understanding of plasma donation processes, from registration to product shipment, and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality assurance compliance and quality control.
- Plan and perform audits for regulated departments, identifying deficiencies and preparing detailed written reports.
- Manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including FDA, PPTA, EMA, and other relevant plasma regulations. Assist with regulatory submissions and support during internal and external inspections.
- Identify and assess risks and trends, integrating them into audit protocols to strengthen the company’s compliance posture.
- Present findings with leadership and senior management in closeout meetings, ensuring corrective actions are evaluated and that root cause analysis and closure are effective.
- Implement process changes to improve compliance, quality trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support nonconformance and CAPA management and assist with deviation trending.
- Prepare for regulatory and accrediting inspections, providing critical support during the process.
- Own documents for compliance and regulatory submissions and prepare audit reports with clear findings and corrective actions.
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing and quality assurance. Experience in plasma, blood banking, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are eager to continuously learn
- Attention to detail is second to none. You can analyze complex processes and document your findings with precision.
- Self-starter who works independently while managing multiple workflows. You excel at meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
- Comfortable communicating audit findings clearly and diplomatically with leadership and team members, ensuring that all concerns are addressed.
- Strong technical writer.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in your work, always prioritizing integrity and transparency.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time and are comfortable driving.
