What You’ll Do:
As the Mobile Operations Lead, you will lead and oversee all activities related to the mobile plasma collection units. Your role will ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the mobile units and staff, and you will serve as a crucial liaison between the mobile management and unit operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate training, supervise, and evaluate the performance of mobile staff, including Mobile Unit Operators and Mobile Physician Substitutes.
Ensure that all mobile unit operations are in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality assurance.
Work closely with the Assistant Manager to coordinate schedules and resource allocation for the mobile units.
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, host sites, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with them for events and mobile collection drives.
Drive and operate our cutting-edge mobile plasma center, ensuring compliance with vehicle operation requirements. It is a 44-foot-long trailer towed by a F550.

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal coordination and external stakeholder relations.
Strong skills in planning, organizing, and multitasking. Capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
Basic understanding of medical equipment, procedures, and compliance regulations in plasma collection or a related healthcare field.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during operations.
Must be proficient with computers, strong time management abilities, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Experience within healthcare or a similar industry is a plus.
Previous experience with mobile operations or logistical management is a plus.
Current CPR Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
Clean driving record required.
Physical: Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in confined spaces. Possess manual dexterity for operations and driving
