What You'll Do:
As the Senior Associate of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will play a key role in crafting strategic programs, interventions, and communications designed to boost donor retention and engagement. You’ll leverage a variety of channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions, to deliver the most impactful message at the right time. You'll contribute to delivering personalized, effective communications that create lasting connections with our donors.
Manage and execute the monthly and seasonal promotional calendar to ensure consistent, timely outreach to our donors.
Develop and test email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging campaigns, ensuring they resonate with donors and drive engagement.
Conduct A/B testing on messaging strategies, identifying which channels, content, and copy deliver the highest impact.
Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize messaging strategies for continuous improvement.
Partner with the cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Recommend personalization opportunities for donor communications based on data-driven insights and segmentation.
Maintaining CRM tools and ensure accurate segmentation of donor lists for targeted campaigns.
