What You'll Do:
As the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing at Parachute, you will play a pivotal role in driving new donor growth across our Paid Social and Paid Search channels. You'll take full ownership of Parachute’s paid media budget, overseeing all aspects of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Lead the creative testing process, from development and optimization to extracting key insights that inform future strategies.
Own the performance channel strategy and execution, including campaign optimization, bid management, and budget allocation, to ensure maximum impact.
Prioritize and stack rank strategies to ensure optimal capital allocation, driving high-quality customer acquisition.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Voice of the Customer and CRM, to share key insights and drive alignment across the business.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive new donor acquisition and maximize lifetime value.

5 years of experience; experience at an early-stage company is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus
