What You'll Do:
As an IT Support Specialist at Join Parachute, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the company’s desktop and site infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll manage IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support to ensure optimal performance for workstations, networks, and other key IT hardware.
Provide front-line support to users and troubleshooting technical issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems, including hardware and software.
Support the installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment (routers, switches, cameras, etc.) at new centers.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and best practices.
Maintain and update IT documentation (FAQs, user guides, SOPs).
Provide ongoing operational support, including system updates, security patches, and bug fixes.
