This model allows us to positively impact the industry supply chain and help patients gain access to the medication they need.  We have grown from 2 to 29 operations in less than three years and plan to continue our rapid expansion. Come join us as we help the world gain access to more plasma - one donation at a time.  What You’ll Do  As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring quality compliance across multiple facilities. Serving as the primary point of contact between Center Leadership and Corporate departments, you will facilitate seamless communication and alignment between the two. Ensure that facilities under purview run efficiently, meeting operational objectives and quality standards. Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, ensuring facilities maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Partner with Center Directors, center personnel, and corporate departments to provide guidance, resources, and best practices to improve facility performance and compliance. Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, nonconformance events and CAPA plans to identify trends and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and business-wide efficiencies. Prepare centers for audits and assist the Center Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors. Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives. Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities. Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans and on-site visits and assessments. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Who Are You?  Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex organization and experience working in a regulated environment. Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks, find solutions to prevent future issues and resolve recurring deficiencies. Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives. Strong leadership, training, written and verbal communication and interpersonal and presentation skills to drive results. Understand regulatory standards, various local, state, and federal laws to the business and where to find information on standards and interpretations. Proficient at aiding and directing managers to identify and resolve problems. Proven skills in budgeting and financial management. Experience leading, developing and managing employees remotely. Comfortable dealing with a degree of ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions to problems. Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials such as authoritative reports of major scope and impact, etc. and/or to make formal presentations.
