In this role, you will : Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical requests and presales support from our elite partners.Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by drafting and reviewing RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.To be successful in this opportunity, you will have : Fluency in English and near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages : German, French, or Italian.Strong technical aptitude, with a good understanding of network technologies and information security.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Strong work ethic.Who we are and what we stand for : Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
