Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive outpatient clinic in Stanwood, WA. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced physical therapists to provide one-on-one care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned PTA, we offer the flexibility, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.
What We Offer- Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends or late nights
- Compensation: $27 – $37/hour ($56,000 – $77,000/year)

- Assist in delivering 1-on-1, 45-minute therapy sessions
- Follow PT treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other conditions
- Support patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic techniques
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to supervising physical therapists
- Use technology to assist with documentation and patient care
- Educate patients on at-home exercises and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a positive and team-oriented clinic environment
