About the Role
Joint Effort Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and insurance.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist with patient intake forms and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
