Joint Effort Physical Therapy has an exciting opportunity for a full-time patient service representative in its outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Taunton, MA.
We are seeking a dependable individual who has experience working at the front desk of an outpatient physical therapy clinic or similar medical clinic. Our patient service representatives have direct and constant contact with our patients. Tasks include patient scheduling, check in and out, insurance authorizations and answering questions. THIS IS A HANDS ON POSITION! MUST BE ABLE TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING.
Patient Service Responsibilities:
- Must be self starter
- Able to multi-task
- Keep the front office running smoothly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a outpatient therapy reception preferred
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service.
Benefits & Salary:
- Compensation $17-22/hr and benefits

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
