The Role :
As the Associate Clinical Manager, you will partner with our leadership teams to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor & train staff, and collaborate with Providers to ensure the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. This position is ideal for someone with significant career maturity-someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, fostering team excellence, and driving meaningful outcomes for both patients and the practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support clinical staff, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrative leaders to optimize workflows, enhance patient experience and through put, implement and monitor best practices.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a mentor and resource for team members, leveraging your experience to guide career development and operational success.
- Identify opportunities for process innovation and support initiatives that amplify our impact on patient care and practice growth.
