JRAD is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Contract Specialist to support pre- and post- contract management of Research and Development (R&D) assistance agreements and Other Transactions (OTs) for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).

Roles / Responsibilities :

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to manage contract activities that align with the agency’s mission to advance innovative health technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-Award Contract Support :

Assist in developing and drafting R&D assistance agreements and Other Transactions (OTs).

Monitor the performance of contracts, ensuring deliverables align with technical and programmatic goals.

Provide expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Other Transactions (OT) authority to ensure adherence to contracting guidelines.

Prepare contract documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
