Joint Ventures PT is looking to hire outgoing, motivated PTs to join us in our Wellesley clinic, but we do have opportunities in several locations, including suburban, Cambridge, and Boston locations (Concord, Wellesley, Quincy). We are proud to offer :

- Our model of 1-on-1 PT for 40 minute sessions means each therapist manages a lower patient volume, allowing you to spend more time with your patients.

What should you know about our Wayland clinic?
We have twelve private treatment rooms built around our open gym space, which is fully equipped with all types of resistance (weights, bands, kettlebells, etc.), from physio balls you'd expect to see in a typical PT clinic, to squat racks you'd expect in a personal training facility. We even have a turf section where we can better simulate athletic activities. Our patients have high expectations of their outcomes and are extremely motivated to return to sports and other activities, so we set our therapists up with all of the equipment they need to challenge their patients and get them there. This location also offers Pelvic Health Therapy and Massage Therapy, so we have a great variety of providers in addition to our great orthopedic PTs.

We encourage cross-referral and learning among all of our practitioners and find that not only do patient outcomes improve greatly when providers all under the same roof collaborate on the patient’s rehab, but this continuum of care is highly appreciated by our patients themselves.
