The Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to own end-to-end feature and capability development , helping us break into new business lines while improving our core platform. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment , where iteration speed and execution matter.
This role requires a builder mindset, someone who thrives on solving tough problems, shipping quickly, and taking ownership of key technical initiatives across both frontend and backend . While we embrace flexibility, we expect this role to be in-office more days than not , fostering real-time collaboration and rapid decision-making.
Responsibilities
Backend Development :
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that enable new business lines and product capabilities via partner APIs.
- Work with Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL to build robust APIs and backend logic.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize queries.
- Ensure backend security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
