The Registered Nurse is responsible for administering quality, skilled nursing care to patients from diverse populations, in a variety of home environments. The RN assumes responsibility for coordinating care with the patient and family, certifying provider, and all members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN performs comprehensive assessments of patients and collaborates with the certifying provider to develop a Plan of Care that meets the needs of the patient.
