As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of the technology industry and experience selling technology products is preferred
- Account management experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
